Faculty of Law

 

The Faculty of Law is a specialized academic unit dedicated to teaching and scientific research in the fields of public and private law, criminal law, international law, and human rights. It aims to prepare academic and professional cadres capable of advanced legal analysis, drafting studies and legislation, and contributing to the development of public policies in accordance with the principles of the rule of law and international standards.

The Faculty adopts an integrated approach that combines:

  • Systematic theoretical grounding in the branches of law.

  • Comparative analysis of national and international legislation.

  • Practical training through legal clinics and applied simulations.

  • Specialized research linked to contemporary issues in justice and human rights.

Academic Structure of the Faculty

The Faculty consists of three departments:

  1. Department of Undergraduate Law Programs

  2. Department of Graduate Studies in Law

  3. Department of Continuing Education and Professional Training

These departments are supported by affiliated research and applied centers and units.

First: Department of Undergraduate Law Programs

This department oversees the academic and administrative management of undergraduate programs. It aims to build a comprehensive legal knowledge base and develop students’ skills in research, analysis, advocacy, and legal drafting.

2. Bachelor of Laws and Human Rights

  3. Intensive Professional Program for Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs)
