Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees is the highest governing body of the University, responsible for ensuring institutional integrity, strategic direction, and long-term sustainability. The Board provides oversight of academic quality, financial stewardship, and organizational governance, in alignment with international higher education standards.

The Board of Trustees operates in accordance with the University’s mission, vision, and regulatory framework, and works to uphold principles of transparency, accountability, and excellence.

Chair of the Board of Trustees

Dr. Abdullah Alkasem

Dr. Abdullah Alkasem serves as the Chair of the Board of Trustees, providing strategic leadership and governance oversight. He ensures that the University adheres to its mission and maintains high standards in academic and institutional performance.
