The department is responsible for managing Master’s and PhD programs, supervising theses and dissertations, and ensuring compliance with established research standards.
First: Master’s Programs
1. Master’s in Public Law:
Focuses on constitutional and administrative studies, public finance, and comparative analysis of legal systems.
2. Master’s in Private Law:
Concerned with civil and commercial legislation, corporate law, and legal transactions.
3. Master’s in Criminal Law:
Addresses criminal policy, criminal procedures, and contemporary criminal justice.
4. Master’s in International Law and Human Rights:
A specialized program in international humanitarian law, international protection mechanisms, international criminal justice, and governance.
Second: PhD Program
