The Institute aims to offer advanced educational and training programs that integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application, enabling students and researchers to effectively understand and engage with contemporary global issues in a professional and competent manner.

 

It also seeks to promote scientific research, foster a culture of rights and freedoms, and develop essential skills in dialogue, negotiation, and decision-making.
