My sons and daughters, students of the College of Humanities,

Peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.

On this day, as I am honored to assume the responsibility of the deanship of the College of Humanities at UHA University, I stand before you with deep gratitude and a profound sense of the significance of the mission we all share at this pivotal stage in the life of our university.

Despite its recent establishment, UHA University has quickly proven that it is not merely a fledgling educational institution, but rather an ambitious academic project built on a clear vision, steadfast values, and a relentless pursuit of quality and excellence. This college is a vital part of that project, bearing the responsibility of preparing generations equipped with awareness, skill, and the ability to contribute meaningfully to the building of more humane and just societies.

To me, leadership is not merely a position of authority, but a space for influence, guidance, and deep listening. I will exert my utmost efforts to lead this college with an open mind, adaptive intelligence, and a vision that balances ambition with reality, creativity with discipline, and firmness with compassion.

I believe that true institutional success is not measured solely by regulations or formal achievements, but by the vibrant environment we create together—an environment that values the human being, stimulates thought, and offers every individual the space to create, contribute, and thrive.
