Hold a bachelor’s degree in any scientific or literary field (non-medical), provided they have at least three years of professional experience in the healthcare sector in roles such as health awareness, psychological counseling, monitoring & evaluation, human resources, or administration in health institutions (clinics, hospitals, warehouses, health training, or health directorates)
