Assessment systems shall be designed to promote validity, reliability, security, fairness, and authenticity. Appropriate monitoring technologies, verification procedures, and audit mechanisms may be employed to protect the integrity of examinations and assessments. Institutional records relating to academic misconduct investigations shall be maintained securely and confidentially.
