Judicial Training and Arbitration Unit
I. General Description:
The Judicial Training and Arbitration Unit is a specialized academic and training division within the College of Law. It aims to enhance the practical skills of law students, graduates, and legal enthusiasts through applied training in the fields of judiciary, arbitration, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
The Unit works to bridge the gap between academic study and professional practice by offering specialized training programs and workshops supervised by judges, arbitrators, lawyers, and legal experts. This contributes to preparing legal cadres capable of working in courts, arbitration centers, and various legal institutions.
The Unit also seeks to promote the culture of arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and to strengthen applied legal knowledge in line with modern developments in international judicial and commercial systems.
II. Objectives of the Judicial Training and Arbitration Unit:
- Developing the applied skills of law students within the judicial field.
- Preparing qualified legal cadres for professional careers in arbitration and dispute resolution.
- Training students on litigation procedures and advocacy before the courts.
- Promoting the culture of arbitration and mediation as alternative methods for dispute resolution.
- Strengthening cooperation with judges, lawyers, arbitration centers, and legal institutions.
- Organizing specialized scientific conferences and seminars in the fields of judiciary and arbitration.

1. Judicial Training Program

- Training on Moot Court (Mock Trials).
2. International Commercial Arbitration Program
