The President of Al-Tomooh Al-Aali University has issued an administrative decree appointing Dr. Banan Mohammed Kayyali as Dean of the College of Humanities, based on the provisions of the university’s bylaws and approved academic regulations.
This decision comes as part of the university’s efforts to strengthen academic leadership and enhance administrative development within the college. Under this decree, Dr. Banan Kayyali will assume the responsibilities of the deanship and oversee academic and administrative affairs in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
